To develop, improve, and preserve business opportunities for our members and the electrical industry.
This group provides a platform for emerging professionals to strengthen their personal, professional, and industry skills, while preparing the next generation of leaders within EBMI.

Members connect with peers, industry veterans, and key stakeholders across Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois. - Build Future Leadership
We identify and nurture future EBMI board members, preparing them for leadership roles within EBMI and the broader electrical industry. - Collaborate & Learn
Regular meetings provide opportunities to plan events, share knowledge, and discuss industry trends. - Governance
Led by a volunteer Chairperson and Co-Chairs, the subcommittee works closely with EBMI leadership to align with the organization’s mission and goals.
