We offer reimbursement and incentive programs for distributors who bring customers from more than 75 miles away from the St. Charles Convention Center.

Available Options
Bus (30+ attendees): $850 reimbursement
Mini‑Bus (20–29 attendees): $400 reimbursement
Van (10+ attendees): $100 reimbursement
Car (3 customers): Coordinator entered into a drawing for one of 20 – $50 gift cards
Eligibility Requirements
Travel must originate from over 50 miles
Attendee lists must be submitted prior to August 10
Customers must register themselves online and bring their QR code
Reimbursements are issued after the Expo once attendance is verified

Participation Without Transportation
Distributors unable to sponsor transportation can still participate by:

Displaying Expo materials
Sharing registration information with employees and customers
Helping promote attendance through email and in‑branch marketing
