Are you passionate about supporting the electrical industry? Do you have experience in nonprofit operations or in the electrical industry?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nonprofit Administrator to join our team during an important transitional period. Reporting to the Director of Member Services. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our organization while supporting our mission to educate and preserve business opportunities in the electrical industry.
Key Responsibilities
Database Management:
Maintain and update the organization’s member contact database with accuracy and timeliness.
Accounting and Financial Processing:
Process invoices for events, courses, programs, and membership dues. Assist in reading and interpreting P&L statements and accounting ledgers.
Event Support:
Collaborate with members and team members to plan, organize, and attend events such as seminars, programs, expos, and networking events.
Member Support and Service:
Serve as a dependable and trustworthy resource for members, addressing inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.
Qualifications
Required:
Experience with Microsoft 365 products
Proficiency in reading P&L statements and understanding accounting ledgers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on dependability and trustworthiness. Preferred:
Previous experience in a nonprofit organization, or association, or the electrical industry.
Background in accounting, marketing, or business management. Familiar with Robert’s Rules of Order.
Experience with STRIPE | WordPress | QuickBook

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our national accounts, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and maintaining strong client relationships within the lighting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and oversee national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and project success; including plan take-offs, product material quotes, order entry, purchasing, shipment tracking, and project follow-up.
•Field & resolve client issues for damaged, defective, including processing returned goods.
•Collaborate with internal sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
•Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
•Answer customer service calls to fulfill day-to-day maintenance orders for existing customers.
•Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and account performance.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the lighting industry.
•Strong Microsoft Office & Excel experience along with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Thorough knowledge of job submittal process

ECC Electric Controls Company is seeking a Project Manager
Electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day construction activities and successful execution of single or multiple projects for the water and wastewater construction and service market. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the construction project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, subcontractors, suppliers and field team members. The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management, communication and leadership skills. The position assists with developing the project scope and schedule, project documentation and budget. Experience in managing others to reach project goals and clients’ expectations in an efficient manner is a must. Travel is required to job sites in all types of terrain and weather conditions, as well as project sites in various stages of construction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine project roles, responsibilities and deadlines for each field team member
Ensure the project is being completed within the established schedule and on budget
Coordinate changes and identify solutions.
Provide the field team members with support and leadership to encourage commitment and productivity.
Create progress and completion reports for upper management detailing objectives were met.
Qualifications
Master Electrical license or equivalent knowledge and knowledge of electrical code
Interface with union electricians, contractors and customers
Two to four years’ related water and wastewater treatment experience with emphasis on construction preferred.
Installation/commissioning experience with pressure-level-flow instrumentation and pump controls/solid state motor controls is a plus.
Ability to physically navigate a construction jobsite. May involve use of ladders, inspection of ditches, use of personal safety equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Must be able to meet the Company’s driving requirements.
Additional degrees or certifications a plus.
