Objectives:

Providing programs that offer the opportunity to strengthen personal, professional, and industry skills.

Allowing those newer to our industry to gai a deeper understanding of the inner workings of the eastern Missouri and southern Illinois region and build connections with all segments of the electrical industry. 

Creating a pipline of future EBMI leaders.

This committee coordinates a number of industry events as well as participating in other EBMI activities and programs. By engaging those newer to our industry and encouraging them to participate, we can increase engagement. B

This committee is hosting annual GOLFfest (September).

You can participate as a member of the committee (2 or 3 meetings a year) or by planning to attend the events and activities during the year. Either way, you will receive benefits.
