Electrical Expo 2026 Booth Contract
- This contract covers the lease space for the Electrical Expo 2026. Contracts with payment become binding according to EBMI rules and regulations.
- Make checks payable to: The Electrical Board of Missouri and Illinois (EBMI).
- Important Deadlines:
- Contracts and full payment must be received by April 1st to be listed in the pre-show brochure.
- No company can exhibit without full payment.
- No refunds after May 15, 2026. EBMI must receive documented notification.

Important Information for Representatives with Multiple Lines:
- Only two manufacturers can share one booth.
- If sharing a booth, list each manufacturer’s information on separate contracts for accurate show promotion.
- Only one sign is printed per full booth. For half booths, include only one line of sign information on each contract.
- Verify on form, if you have a half booth and list the Name of the second manufacturer to coordinate booths.
- Complete the “Additional Required Exhibitor Information” section on form.
Booth Space and Inclusions:
Each 10’ x 10’ booth includes:
- 8’ high drapes (blue, yellow, black)
- 3’ high sidewalls
- 120V single phase outlet (10 amps, 960 watts)
- Booth carpet (color selected by show management)
- Booth cleaning (vacuum/trash on Tuesday and Wednesday nights)
- 7” x 44” sign with exhibitor’s company name/booth number
- Wi-Fi throughout the convention center
Note: Additional booth items (chairs, tables, carpet padding, trash can, drayage, storage, etc.) must be ordered through Paramount Convention Services at an extra cost. St. Charles Convention Center will handle additional electrical power. Paramount’s exhibitor service kits will be emailed to registered exhibitors by the end of May. Membership Information:
- Membership in the Electrical Board of Missouri and Illinois (EBMI) is encouraged but not required for the 2026 Expo.
- Exhibitors wishing to exhibit as members must submit full 2025-26 membership dues with their application.
- Membership classification fees are available from the EBMI office.
- Non-members will be charged a differential for booth space to ensure fair cost distribution among all exhibitors.
